A blend of birch and hornbeam consists of larger charcoal chunks with a high carbon content. The charcoal is therefore very suitable for low and slow sessions on the kamado or other type of bbq. Due to the large charcoal sorting, the airflow through the barbecue is good, making it easier to control the temperature.

Through the combination of Birch with Hornbeam we have created a blend that is very easy to light and also gives off a nice smoky flavour. The fine smoke flavor in combination with the perfect airflow guarantees a great low and slow session.
